Privacy Policy

Last updated: 7 October 2026

1. Who we are

This website, guts.agency (the “Website”), is operated by Guts Agency Ltd. (company no. 515751394), of Kaplan 2, Tel Aviv, Israel (“Guts”, “we”, “us”).

For all privacy matters you can reach us at hi@guts.agency.

We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what information we collect through the Website, why, who we share it with, and what rights you have. It applies only to the Website and not to our offline activity, or to websites we link to.

2. Information we collect

  • Contact form: your name, email address, phone number, company, the services you’re interested in, and the message you write.
  • Direct communication: if you email or call us, we keep what you send us, such as your name, contact details, the content of the message and any attachments.

You are never legally required to provide this information, but without it we can’t respond to your enquiry.

When you browse the Website, we and our service providers collect technical and usage data, such as:

  • IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, language;
  • pages viewed, time on page, clicks, referring and exit pages, date and time of the visit;
  • approximate location (derived from IP address).

This data is collected using cookies and similar technologies (see Section 5), and in server logs kept by our hosting provider.

3. How and why we use your information

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use it for automated decision-making that has legal or similarly significant effects on you.

4. Who we share information with

We share information only with service providers that help us run the Website and our business, and only as needed:

  • Website hosting and forms: Webflow, Inc.
  • Analytics and tag management: Google (Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager).
  • Advertising and social platforms: Meta (Facebook Pixel), LinkedIn (Insight Tag) and Google Ads, used to measure and improve our campaigns. These are only used if you accept marketing cookies.
  • Social media scheduling/analytics: Metricool.
  • Session analytics: Hotjar (heatmaps and session recordings on our Works pages). Only used if you accept analytics cookies.
  • Video playback: Vimeo, when you view videos embedded on the Website.
  • Spam protection: Cloudflare (Turnstile), on our forms.
  • Email / CRM tools: Google Workspace, ClickUp, Make
  • Professional advisers (lawyers, accountants, insurers) and authorities, where required by law or to protect our rights.
  • In a merger, acquisition or sale of the business, information may be transferred to the new owner under this policy.

These providers act under their own privacy terms and/or our agreements with them.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies on the Website. Essential cookies are always on. Analytics and marketing cookies are only set after you agree through our cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer.

Two things to be aware of: (1) before you make a choice, Google’s tags may send limited, cookieless signals (such as the page address, browser and device information and IP address) so that Google can provide basic, aggregated measurement; no analytics or advertising cookies are set at that stage. (2) Videos embedded from Vimeo may set Vimeo’s own cookies when a page with a video loads, regardless of your choice (see the table below).

Details of the cookies we use are listed in the table below. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings; blocking essential cookies may affect how the Website works.

6. International transfers

Some of our providers (e.g. Google, Webflow, Vimeo, Cloudflare) are located in or process data in other countries, including the United States and the European Economic Area. Where we transfer personal information from Israel or the EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as recognised adequacy decisions and standard contractual clauses, as applicable.

7. How long we keep information

  • Contact enquiries: up to 36 months from our last contact, or longer if we start working together (then according to our contractual and legal retention obligations).
  • Analytics data: up to 14 months (Google Analytics user-level data; event-level data is kept for 2 months).
  • Server/security logs: up to 12 months.

We then delete or anonymise the data, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

8. Your rights

Under the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, you have the right to review personal information we hold about you and to ask us to correct or delete information that is inaccurate, incomplete, unclear or out of date.

If the EU/UK GDPR applies to you, you also have the right to: request a copy of your data; restrict or object to processing; data portability; withdraw consent at any time (without affecting prior processing); and lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know, delete and correct personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. We do not sell personal information; analytics and marketing cookies are only set if you accept them.

To use any right, email hi@guts.agency. We will respond within a reasonable time and in any case within one month (extendable where permitted by law). We may need to verify your identity first. Our response is free of charge unless requests are manifestly excessive.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections and limiting access to those who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.

10. Children

The Website is not directed at children under 16 and we don’t knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us and we’ll delete it.

11. Third-party links

The Website links to third-party sites and social networks (such as LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook). We are not responsible for their privacy practices; please read their policies.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page with the “last updated” date above. For material changes we will take reasonable steps to notify you.
